Three examples from practice

Instead of a long reference list we show three examples from our daily work: one client project and two insights into the methods we use to make platforms scalable, secure, and auditable.

Lotto.com — Platform scaling across 12 regulated US markets

Since the US launch in 2021 we have partnered with lotto.com as their engineering partner. Today the platform runs across 12 regulated US markets and handles peak loads during jackpot draws on a Kubernetes-based infrastructure. New features are shipped daily to the lotto shops by multiple self-organised teams. Our Zero Bug Policy keeps quality consistently high.

Our approach

How we prepare Kubernetes platforms for peak load

During record jackpots, traffic multiplies within minutes. We scale nodes and pods automatically with actual demand — full capacity for the spike, without wasting resources during quiet periods. And because servers are located where players are, latency stays low. The result: no downtime at peak times and no lost player.

Compliance by Design
Our approach

Compliance that doesn't slow you down

Compliance fails when it comes after the engineering — as rework right before the audit. We embed it from the start: audit logs automated in CI, secret rotation as a pipeline step, threat modelling alongside every architecture decision. Audit evidence is generated continuously — not reconstructed under pressure. We bring the same discipline to client audits.
