We work remote-first. Not because it sounds modern, but because we believe that good collaboration is not tied to a place.
Distributed across Germany. Our teams work throughout Germany. This means people can live and work where they are most productive.
In-person exchange matters to us. Remote doesn't mean we never meet. We value personal interaction – whether at a kick-off, a team offsite, or a shared event. Great collaboration grows from real connection.
First contact in Hamburg. Anyone who wants to meet us is welcome at our Hamburg office. For an initial conversation we are happy to meet in person – remote or on-site, whichever works better.
